Description/Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provides administrative and clerical support for the various departments within credit, as well as other management and corporate administrative staff.
Areas of responsibility include:
  • Provides administrative support to the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and other department personnel. Serves as liaison between the CCO and department heads. Supports credit management activities through assistance in preparing Bank, FCA, and Board reports, association credit reporting, and credit information management. Assists management in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Maintains files, manuals, procedures, forms, minutes, and other records of the association.
  • Assists in making hotel accommodations and travel arrangements for association staff.
  • Assist with loan servicing, customer service, reporting, and general clerical support to the Special Assets staff.
  • Assists CCO and other management staff through support of association projects and initiatives.
  • Provides administrative support within the Corporate Services department including ordering and maintaining office supplies, assisting with meetings, and various other receptionist duties.

Required Experience

  • Three years of administrative assistant experience and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Education

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or related field.


  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects/assignments.
  • Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
